What we have built for, and how to tell us when something is broken.

What this site does
- Every interactive element works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Headings, lists, forms and landmarks use real semantic HTML, not styled divs.
- Form fields have permanent labels, and errors are announced rather than colored.
- Images that carry information have alternative text. Decorative images do not.
- Motion is minimal, and the site respects your operating system's reduced motion setting. The homepage video does not load at all when reduced motion is on, and it has a pause control.
- Text contrast targets WCAG 2.1 AA, and nothing important is conveyed by color alone.
- The site works without JavaScript for reading the menu and finding a location.
Known gaps
Photography of both locations is still being produced, so some pages carry less visual context than they eventually will. Menu availability changes daily and the site cannot reflect that in real time, which is why phone numbers appear on every page.
