Since opening our first Chinatown location in 2015, we have made it our mission to source fresh, local, sashimi-grade ahi and whole air-flown salmon for our customers. We purchase and prepare the fish ourselves, without taking shortcuts.
Every dish is prepared only after an order is placed, helping preserve the fish's fresh flavor and firm texture. We invite you to experience the Domo difference for yourself.

What Domo actually is
Our Kahala location was created to make fresh, high-quality sushi and poke accessible at reasonable prices. Seating is limited, so many customers choose takeout, while others stop in to enjoy a quick meal.
Our Pearl Kai location offers a larger dining area and a fully equipped kitchen in a bright, warm, and welcoming environment. Its expanded menu and ample seating make it a comfortable choice for lunch, dinner, gatherings with friends, and family celebrations.
What we care about
Our commitment is simple: to serve consistently high-quality food at reasonable prices, without surprises.
We make every effort to source whole, fresh, sashimi-grade ahi from the local auction. Unlike many establishments, we do not serve frozen ahi. We also purchase whole Atlantic salmon and prepare it ourselves to provide a fresh, firm, and flavorful experience.
Our premium offerings include fresh, air-freighted uni and scallops from Hokkaido. When available, we also offer bluefin otoro from Japan and whole wild bluefin tuna from Australia.
We continue to introduce new dishes, including mentaiko udon, tempura, and noodle selections that complement our sushi and poke menu.
