What we collect
Feedback. When you send feedback through this website, we receive what you type into the form: your name and email if you give them, the store and topic you pick, and your message. We use it to read and act on the feedback and, if you asked for a reply, to contact you about it.
Website analytics. We measure how the site is used in aggregate, for example which pages lead to orders and which do not. This is used to improve the site, not to build a profile of you.
Ordering. Online ordering happens on ChowNow, a separate company with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there, including payment details, is handled by them and not by this website.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list from the feedback form.
- We do not collect payment details on this website.
How long we keep it
Feedback is kept as a business record for as long as it is useful for serving you and for normal accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call either location or use the details on the contact page.
