Aburi nigiri from the Kahala Aburi Set. The top is seared with a torch before it reaches you, then finished with kabayaki sauce.
Ikura nigiri, spicy ahi, California roll, poke and edamame in one compartment tray. Every combination bento comes with miso soup.
Sushi, sashimi and poke are the same fish handled three different ways. The difference is worth seeing before you order.
Sets are built two pieces at a time so you can taste across eight fish. The aburi items are torched after they are made, not before.
Sliced rather than cubed, laid over rice unmixed. The part of the menu where the buying and the knife work show up most clearly.
Shoyu, spicy, wasabi, yuzu shoyu or onion, over rice or over greens. Nothing is mixed in advance, which is why the sauce is a choice.

The Premium Nigiri Platter: Hokkaido scallop, ahi, ebi, unagi, salmon and hamachi laid out in bands across a single tray.
Spicy ahi bombs, salmon, hamachi and ahi nigiri with California rolls. Enough cooked items on it that a mixed table is covered.
The Domo Premium: ahi, salmon and hamachi poke with onions, avocado and ikura over lightly seasoned sushi rice.
The Ikura and Salmon don. Fresh salmon with salmon roe over rice, which is about as direct as the menu gets.
Salmon poke, greens and avocado with the house sesame soy dressing. Steamed rice can be added for two dollars.
