The section with nothing raw in it
Domo Bowl is Domo's own name for this part of the menu, and it is four rice bowls with a cooked protein on top. It is the shortest answer to "what can I order that is not sushi".
The Unagyu Don is the one worth knowing about: unagi and sukiyaki beef in the same bowl, and the only item here that combines two proteins.
Questions
Is anything in the Domo Bowl section raw?
No. Teriyaki chicken, unagi, sukiyaki beef and the Unagyu Don are all cooked, which makes this the section to point a guest at when they are avoiding raw fish.
What is the difference between Domo Bowl and the udon combinations?
Domo Bowl is a rice bowl with a cooked protein. The udon combinations are a hot noodle bowl, usually with poke alongside. Both are printed as separate sections on Domo's menu.
Poke bowls, sushi and platters
The rest of the menu runs from a single bowl to a 46 piece platter.
