One store, not both

Ramen is on the Pearl Kai menu and not on the Kahala one. Both stores make the same sushi, poke, sashimi and platters, at the same prices; Pearl Kai adds ramen and most of the appetizers.

Three broths, each available plain or with char siu. Everything else on this site is served at both counters unless a page says otherwise.

Can I get ramen at Kahala?

No. Ramen is a Pearl Kai item. The Kahala page has that store's hours and number if you want to check what they do have.

What is the difference between the three broths?

Tonkotsu is the pork bone base, black garlic tonkotsu adds black garlic oil to it, and shoyu is the soy-based broth. Each is $15.95, or $17.95 with char siu.

Is ramen available for catering?

Catering is built from the platters. Call the store and ask; the answer depends on the pickup time, because a noodle bowl does not travel like a tray.
