What is aburi sushi?
Nigiri that gets torched on top before it reaches you. The heat renders a little fat and adds a light smokiness. At Domo the aburi items are finished with kabayaki sauce. Full explanation in what is aburi sushi.
Is wasabi inside the nigiri?
No. It is served on the side so each person decides.
What is a spicy ahi bomb?
Spicy ahi on sushi rice, sold eight pieces to a set and used across several platters. It is one of the items Domo calls out as popular.
Which rolls are cooked?
The California roll, the tempura rolls, the Dragon roll and the vegetarian and inari set contain no raw fish. Useful when part of your group does not eat raw.
How many pieces are in a roll?
The California roll is eight pieces. For the other rolls, ask when you order.
