When you want something hot
The udon combinations are the practical answer for a table where one person wants poke and another does not want anything raw. You get both in one order.
Mentaiko Udon is the one that stands apart, and it is the only item on the printed menu with an add-on list of its own: masago, ikura or uni on top.

Are the udon combinations hot or cold?
The udon is served hot. The poke that comes with it is cold, as poke should be.
Which udon has no raw fish at all?

What can I add to the mentaiko udon?
Masago, ikura or uni. The prices are listed on this page, and no other udon carries an add-on list.
