We listen. We improve.
If something was good, we want to know which counter and who was working. If something was not, we want to know that more. Both go to the same place: the people who run the two shops.
Tell us what happened
Name and email are optional. Leave them out and we will still read it, we just will not be able to reply.
Improvements that came from customers
When something changes because a customer told us about it, it goes here with the month it happened: a sauce that got added, a wait that got shorter, a step in online ordering that stopped catching people out.
Thank you for taking the time
Most people who have a good meal say nothing, and most people who have a bad one just do not come back. Either way we learn nothing. Telling us is the part that lets us fix things.
