Questions

Can I choose the sauce?

Ahi poke comes shoyu, spicy, wasabi, yuzu shoyu or onion. Spicy is finished with kabayaki sauce, which we can leave off. More in poke sauces explained.

Is this a full meal?

Bowls are built as single servings over lightly seasoned sushi rice. For a group, platters travel and hold better.
