* Piece count adds up from the components on the menu. A dash means the platter is priced as a whole rather than by piece count; ask the store how many it feeds. More on choosing in our platter guide.
The numbers are the menu's, not a ranking. Domo prints them #1 to #15, with the Tokujyo above and the Omakase Sampler after, so a number is what you say when you order. The highest piece counts are the efficient way to put food in front of a lot of people. The premium platters carry Hokkaido scallop, uni and ikura, which cost more because they are worth more.
Piece count is not the same as satisfaction. Thirty two pieces of nigiri eats bigger than thirty two pieces of California roll. If you are feeding a hungry crowd, weight toward nigiri platters and add a cooked platter for coverage.
Mixed groups need both columns. Filter the platter page by raw or cooked, or read what to order when guests skip raw fish.
Once you know the shape of the order, the quantity planner turns a headcount into a specific combination and a total.
Platters go through the online ordering portal, with the pickup date and time you choose.
